Almost 99% of 3.0mm filament sold today is actually 2.85mm. There are very few printers that will print true 3.0mm filament but all printers that say they print “3.0mm” will print 2.85mm. It is common in the community to call 2.85mm filament 3.0mm, but we decided to make it crystal clear just what size filament you are purchasing.
